✨PLEASE LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF✨

Hello, hello lovelies❤️

It is not as easy as it looks, and everyone's journey is different.  But at the end of the day, we are all trying to get to the same thing Absolute Happiness! There's reality and not reality; we've seen the movies with the women who run away to find themselves. Movie reality: private planes, luxury resorts, private meetings with the Shaman, and don't forget the private chef. She meditates for a day eats a well-balanced Vegan meal (shout out to all my Vegans) and she's cured.  My reality: Sobbing so hard I'm doing that stuttering thing with my breath, snots shooting out like a laser, mascaras on the run, hair, I'm rockin the mom bun wit a gangsta lean and one sock on, sock number 2 went missing days ago.  Straight up surrendering, pleading for a change! 

 Walk with me on this journey to understanding myself. Let's rejoice as I dig my way out of the beautiful chaos we call life. Write to me with your thoughts, concerns, and questions, and I will share with all of you all of the truths I gather along the way. Let’s get the communication rolling! ✨DO WORK SON!!!✨

Hello, hello lovelies💜 Thank you so much for coming back!! Today I thought we would talk about discipline, honoring yourself, and how the two go hand and hand.  How do you show up for yourself?  How do you honor yourself?  I honor myself by feeding my soul each morning.  Feeding my soul allows me to go out into the world feeling protected. Feeding my soul consists of this... 5:00 - 5:05 am (I wake, sitting on the end of the bed telling myself to lay back down😒) 5:05 - 5:15 am (Journaling, five things I'm grateful for and the schedule for the day) 5:15 - 5:40 am (Chant/Pray - Conversation with God) 5:40 - 6:30 am (Yoga) 6:30 - 7:15 am (Baby dressed and off to school) Discipline and holding myself accountable have allowed for so much growth.  So, I encourage you daily to stick to a plan, whatever that is.  Make lists, set schedules, take ownership of your life.  And when things don't go according to plan, be KIND to yourself.  Tomorrow ...
