Hello, hello lovelies💜
How can we put purpose in front of you when we know you might fold?
Well damn! If that doesn't say it all, I don't know what does.
My mother passed away on May 29th, 2019. I wish I would have known her better. I wish I could have been witness to her early 20's when she was "finger-popping," as she would say. I miss her laugh when something was hilarious, or her look when you were working her nerve. And the way she sang with my daughters when they were little. I'd love to hear her voice again. I know two things now..she deserved peace, and her journey had to an end so mine could begin.
As the beneficiary of my mother's estate, it allowed me the opportunity to take my healing to the next level. As soon as I had the chance, I hopped in my car and drove to Sedona, Arizona. What a unique place, I loved the way the red and the orange swirl together to produce this dazzling firey glow that floats throughout the city. My days were spent speaking to different spiritual guides at a Spiritual Retreat called Sedona Soul Adventures.
While there, I was introduced to a lovely creature named Sohanna. We instantly clicked, immediately our conversation became this calming dance of past, current, and future. Sohanna explained she was a bit of a procrastinator; while sitting in her chair one day, she began thinking about all the things that required her attention. And just like that, a voice, "how can we put purpose in front of you when we know you might fold"? An instant vibration ran through my body, and it then became clear. My hopes, dreams, wants, and needs were all just stagnant. Waiting in the wings until I made the decision not to FOLD. That vibration was the feeling of infinite possibilities. You now know you are destined for greatness, and the only way to get there is to continue to do the next right thing.
So, of course, after all this beautiful enlightenment and support, I was going to be indestructible upon my return home, right? The return went from peaceful to insane within a matter of minutes. And of course, all logic went out the window. But this time, it was easier to reel the crazy back in, doing this allowed me to focus on being present. Once the chatter stops, re-enforcement begins...I am destined for greatness, and I will do the next right thing. To my point, it doesn't matter where or how you choose to practice. It's all about the ride. Observe the feeling, acknowledge it, pull your info...apply, and stay consistent. It's RIDE OR DIE, so get on board!!
