✨METAPHYSICS = HIGHER VIBRATIONS, TRANSFORMATION, AND LOVE✨

Hello, hello lovelies❤️

I friend recently reminded me of the following...anything worth having is worth fighting for.  And so, I decided to go back to school.  My initial thought was sociology, the study of the development and functioning of human society.  I've always believed we are products of our environments.  Every experience, every encounter, every connection we make touches and changes us.

In the midst of doing my research, I stumbled upon The University of Metaphysics.  What is Metaphysics?  Dr. Paul Leon Masters, the founder of the University provides the most authentic answer.  It is the search for absolute reality.  The search for who am I, what am I, where have I been, where am I going, and what is the relationship of man, mind, and the Universe.  Metaphysics does not examine religious beliefs and laws created by man.  Metaphysics is based on the laws of the Universe.  It recognizes and appreciates all of The Divine's wonders. 

Within 2 years the goal is to obtain my Doctorate of Metaphysical Science.  Through study, daily meditation, and prayer I'm becoming within reach of higher vibrations, transformation, and love.  

If you choose to heal, you have to be willing to do the work.  For those that are ready to do the work, I encourage you to take some time and explore Metaphysics and all its wonders.  For those who would like to further enhance their knowledge, I'll be providing regular updates via the blog and YouTube.

Hello, hello lovelies💜 Thank you so much for coming back!! Today I thought we would talk about discipline, honoring yourself, and how the two go hand and hand.  How do you show up for yourself?  How do you honor yourself?  I honor myself by feeding my soul each morning.  Feeding my soul allows me to go out into the world feeling protected. Feeding my soul consists of this... 5:00 - 5:05 am (I wake, sitting on the end of the bed telling myself to lay back down😒) 5:05 - 5:15 am (Journaling, five things I'm grateful for and the schedule for the day) 5:15 - 5:40 am (Chant/Pray - Conversation with God) 5:40 - 6:30 am (Yoga) 6:30 - 7:15 am (Baby dressed and off to school) Discipline and holding myself accountable have allowed for so much growth.  So, I encourage you daily to stick to a plan, whatever that is.  Make lists, set schedules, take ownership of your life.  And when things don't go according to plan, be KIND to yourself.  Tomorrow ...
